Michigan may well be "back" and Brady Hoke may be their savior, but they won the 
ugar Bowl thanks to Dame Fortune smiling on several passes that should have 
een picked and Virginia Tech's coach Frank Beamer's really stupid decision to 
ry a fake punt at midfield.  His play calling was ultra conservative too, 
specially in Tech's final drive.  A win is a win, but the Big Ten shouldn't 
row over this one too loudly.  Two victories by gnat's eyelashes in overtime do 
ot a powerful conference make.
