[NU Sports] Another hard fought loss

You make my point.

The fans were there until Michigan took control in the last minutes - then you could have
been at Michigan for all the noise we made.

When UM got out to a big lead early, the NU fans didn't stop, but if you replay the last 5
minutes of regulation, suddenly our fans were quiet.

At other venues, you wouldn't be able to think for all the racket the home fans make at
the end of a close game. The band did their part, but it just seemed like the air went out
of the building and the 3 threes in overtime killed it completely.

Maybe someone who was in the house has a better handle on what I heard on the TV?

What would be interesting to see is if the basketball team could develop the attitude that
the football team seems to have: where they seemingly rise up and put on their best
performances in the most hostile environments (including when visiting fans invade their
home stadium).
