Also apt from Tevye (could apply to wins/losses/NU fandom): "It's no great
tragedy to be poor, but it's no great honor, either."

To All:
It is so friggin' painful to be an NU fan. But I still wouldn't have it any
other way--even though my wife tells me I should have picked a school that
wins.:-). Wow, this one really hurts. But so did the Rose Bowl, Alamo,
TicketCity, Outback,.....I just wanna see one bowl win and dance one time on
Selction Sunday before I shuffle off this mortal coil, or whatever that
expression is. I feel like Tevya pleading to God in Fiddler, "Would it
spoil some vast eternal plan?". If I was a dancin', bowlin' man???

We scrap like five Rockys, get good games from Hearn and Curletti, rebound
better than usual, and still we lose. We just don't know how to close out a
win. Our offense in the closing minutes and throughout the entire overtime
was playground-based.
