[NU Sports] Illini Coach on Hot Seat

Looks like Bruce Weber's fanny is sizzling, as the Illini's AD is clearly not willing to give him a vote of confidence in the wake of a very disgruntled fan base.  Amazing what a loss at home to the Purple and White will do.  Unless Weber can rally the Illini (who are at 5-6 in the B1G, same as the 'Cats) to finish strongly, he looks like dead man walking, while Mr. Carmody has his team headed in the other direction and may be on his way to securing a contract extension, if NU can keep on keepin' on, hopefully all the way to the Dance.
