Cats play most active and aggressive defense in memory and turnover-free, clicking offense, whether high-speed (racing Sobolewski) or set-up.   A team effort, with plenty of treys and unfailing hustle.  Big games ahead for a team that's now in the discussion for a possible tourney berth.  Tonight's analyst Tim McCormick even predicted the drought will end, the Cats will have a winning Big Ten season and their first-ever NCAA berth.  It's very early to say that, but you have to admire how NU has rebounded from its heartbreaking losses to get on a roll and play its best ball of the year.  Sobo 22 pts (personal best) and 7 assists, team with 22 assists, 13 treys, 56 percent shooting and just a half-dozen or so turnovers.  Oh yeah, an assertive and efficient Shurna and Crawford, a sharpshooting Marcotullio to seal the deal, Hearn and Curletti contributing and the guys avoided getting in any foul trouble - a must with a thin roster.  83-64, wow!
