[NU Sports] Football Championship Coming ?

Yahoo Sports had this very interesting article by Dan Wetzel.  It may explain why there is now a plan for a championship:

Does anybody on here know - how was Northwestern treated by its most recent bowls ?  I enjoyed Tampa, Dallas and Houston immensely - I only hope that the Athletic department was treated well also.
