Maybe the big guys with roundball skills don't see the need to excel in the classroom?

Last time we had a big man from Indiana, he played tight end also - remember Trai Essex?
Anchored one of the football team's intramural basketball team for 4 years while he was
learning to become a pro lineman.

He's tall.  That's for sure.  Good remains to be seen, but let's hope he is. 
The last seven-footer Carmody recruited was the worst Division 1 college basketball player
I've ever seen.
