NU just loses to Army, who gets crushed by a MAC team this week, and suddenly people are optimistic about beating Illinois and Michigan?

Persa has not played one down yet -- we have no idea what he will be like -- and a rushing defense that was trampled by Army now has to face Big Ten talent that ran for 296 yards this week and we're optimistic?

Yikes. No one wants the Cats to crush the Illini more than I do -- well, Tony and Mr. Bailey maybe -- and I think they can win. But I am going to be very quiet this week.
