How about the "Narcissist Conference?"

N**** D***, Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama, U$C, Stanford - they always think they're better
than anyone else. (I'd add dOSU but they're too wedded to the Big 10).

As far as anyone can be assured of anything in this situation, I think the
Big Ten can be assured of not losing any members. There is no other
conference, with the possible exception of the SEC, that offers the security
and stability of the Big Ten along with the ATM known as the Big Ten
Network. While the Pac-whatever has multiple networks and a huge contract
it also will cover multiple time zones (3) and with a number and potential
configuration (4 divisions) that has been shown not to work - witness the
former WAC, which birthed the Mountain West after the 16 team WAC proved
unworkable. If indeed the Texas network is folded in to the Pac -16 TV
arrangement and the Texas and Oklahoma schools are in their own 4 team
division, is that really a conference? How stable do you think that really
is, especially when it involves Texas - the only school more enamored of
itself than Notre Dame.
