[NU Sports] BTN overflow channels?

Does anyone know what the deal is with Big Ten Network overflow channels outside of the Big Ten states? I'm specifically interested in Comcast service in Tennessee. 

I cannot find any reference to overflow channels on btn.com or comcast.com which is rather frustrating. Whoever update this information on the BTN.com website should be fired. This is probably THE ONLY detail that would ever drive someone to visit BTN.com. 

Right now I am watching the EMU v. Michigan game but I apparently don't have access to the Purdue game.
