No standings yet, but another great lineup of games. The Big Ones in the Big Ten have Sparty visiting an angry (well, angrier than usual given their coach's temper) Notre Dame and the "Ineligi-bowl" of Miami and Ohio State. Nationally, we have a couple other big games in the Sunshine State, the Beehive State battle two of football's more unpredictable teams meeting in the Auburn/Clemson game.

GAME 1: ARIZONA STATE ... Good game, but the Devils are ready to be a legit top 20 team
GAME 2: INDIANA ... They can't lose this one too, can they?
GAME 3: IOWA ... Tough game, but the Hog-eyes got their Lloyd Carr Memorial September Stinker out of the way
GAME 4: MICHIGAN ... No last-second heroics this week
GAME 5: MSU ... Tempted to go with the Irish (they can't go 0-3, can they?), but I want Sparty to win this!
GAME 6: MINNESOTA ... Miami's tough, but the Gophers rally for their coach
GAME 7: NEBRASKA ... The Huskers are at home and still remember the Holiday Bowl thumping.
GAME 8: MIAMI ... Not fair how OSU still has suspended players and Miami doesn't, but the Canes win the Cheater Bowl
GAME 9: PENN STATE ... No number of bad stops can stop the Lions against lowly Temple
GAME 10: PURDUE ... It won't come down to a last-second field goal this time at least
GAME 11: WISCONSIN ... Another big win for the Badgers
GAME 12: AUBURN ... Flip a coin, but Auburn is just charmed right now
GAME 13: FLORIDA ... Gators win this battle at home, ending all the "UT is back!" talk
GAME 14: BRIGHAM YOUNG ... Flip a coin with these two gutsy teams, but BYU is at home
GAME 15: OKLAHOMA ... FSU will make it closer, but OU rolls late for the win.

* NORTHWESTERN 30, Army 20 - The Cats got a good ground game going last week and will need it against the disciplined academy defense.  Eventually the Cats pull away and win another big NC game out east.
