[NU Sports] 10 second runoff

Agreed on both ... simply moving the ball back five yards and starting the clock when spotted seems penalty enough.

And yes, the clock should start on the grounding play ... both of them. :)

But I guess everyone's allowed some first-game jitters ... I flipped over for the end of the Purdue game and after MTSU completed a big pass, the commentator said that the quarterback should "take a knee" instead of spiking the ball to kill the clock. :)

Had that grounding call occurred in the last minute, there would have
been a ten second runoff there too.  I thought the clock should have
started on the 'ready for play' after that penalty, as it would have kept
going on a sack.  Guess not.
