Iowa has games against Michigan State, Michigan, Purdue and Nebraska,
and they still need another win to become bowl eligible.  The Iowa-Purdue
game could be to see which of them gets a bowl bid, although Purdue
still needs two wins, but finishes the season at Indiana.
