[NU Sports] Big Twelve officially invites West Virginia

The Big Twelve issued an official invitation to West Virginia to
join the Big Twelve conference, so the flirtation with Louisville
is over.

It's an odd fit geographically, (but of course it is no longer about
geography), as I think their nearest conference opponent will be 
over 900 miles away, in Ames IA.  

Mizzou still hasn't officially announced it is leaving for the SEC,
but apparently someone at the SEC goofed and their website temporarily
had an announcement, dated 10/31/2011, welcoming Missouri to the
SEC.
