[NU Sports] WV to Big 12 On Hold

Apparently, Louisville (with the muscular backing of Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell--Hey, doesn't he have more important things to do?) is trying to usurp the Mountaineers slot. McConnell has a constitutency to appease, making rumblings about 'protecting
Louisville football' will score points for him even if ultimately 
nothing happens.
