According to the NCAA statistics page, Russell Wilson is at 73.15%, just
behind Persa's 2010 Big Ten record for completion percentage.  
 
Baylor's Robert Griffin III is at 78.02% completion at this point, down 
from earlier this season, but he's still on a pace to shatter the all 
time record of 73.6% by Daunte Culpepper, which Persa JUST MISSED last year.  

Persa doesn't currently qualify for the NCAA statistics page because of the
games he missed.  (He has to have been in 75% of the games, which he
should JUST make by the end of the season.)
