Standings will be out tonight or tomorrow, but on to week 9, though I'm not sure how the league can top last week's finish in Spartyland.
Proving the depth of the league (and what idiots the pundits are), Sparty must now continue the gauntlet started in Columbus (with Michigan and Wisconsin at home in between) with a visit to Lincoln to see which team gets a rematch with the Badgers in Indianapolis. And in the other stupidly named division, the Badgers and Lions (where's the love for JoePa in the polls?!?!?) face challenges to their season-ending showdown.
It's the first weekend ever with SIX Big Ten league games! Enjoy the feast!
Picks due by kickoff Saturday ... GO CATS!!!

MY PICKS========GAME 1: PENN STATE ... Will an 8-1 mark get PSU some poll love? Arkansas lost to Bama by more and they're #8?!?!
GAME 2: IOWA ... Bumblebees can't be looking forward to big Michigan/MSU homestand - but should win hereGAME 3: MICHIGAN ... Boilers are improving but need an upset here for bowl hopes, but Wolverines are rested and angry
GAME 4: NEBRASKA ... Media are forgetting about Huskers in their MSU/Wisky rematch talk - UNL wins at homeGAME 5: WISCONSIN ... Bucks are a better team now, but won't have enough to beat an angry group of Badgers
GAME 6: OKLAHOMA STATE ... Cowpokes are overrated, but so are Bears, who won't win here
GAME 7: OKLAHOMA ... Wildcats' run comes to an end with a PO'd bunch of Sooners coming into town
GAME 8: CLEMSON ... Tech won't be able to stop the Tigers' roll, but it is the ACC, so anything could happen
GAME 9: STANFORD ... Treez will get prime time exposure, but Trojans not ready for prime time yet and will get thumped
GAME 10: GEORGIA ... Dawgs just might wind up being the sacrificial lamb for Bama/LSU winner in SEC title game
Off the board, let's just say I'm hoping Coach Wilson doesn't have any tricks up his sleeve and NORTHWESTERN wins in Bloomington ... we can't be outscored by the Hoosiers, can we? Please no!!! :)
