I think the replay was pretty clear that the ball broke the plane as the
receiver twisted around trying to get free.

Reminds me of a few frenetic finishes when Alvarez was coach.

This will be the play (or replay) of the year in the Big Ten, possibly 
in all of college football.

So MSU is setting itself up for a rematch with Wisconsin in the Big Ten 
Champonship game, assuming they can win in Lincoln and don't flub up
elsewhere, though Penn State might have aspirations for knocking Wisconsin 
out of the championship game.

BTW, it is clearly official that Nebraska is part of the Big Ten now.
Both ABC affiliates (Lincoln and Omaha) were showing the Texas Tech - Oklahoma 
game, which was delayed for over 90 minutes by lightning.  

But they both went to local news at halftime and it doesn't look like
either of them are going back to the game, even though Oklahoma
is trailing 24-7, which would be an even bigger upset than the one
in East Lansing.  

(Fortunately, it looks like the game is available on ESPN2 now.)
