Have the rules in college footbal changed?

The refs are right on top of the "celebration" offenses, but they tolerate 
"unnecessary roughness" behavior that can only be called thuggish.  Neither the 
Illinois groin to the knee nor the MSU punch to the face yesterday resulted in 
player expulsions.  The officials certainly saw them, as both resulted in 15 
yard penalties.

We'll see if Dantonio suspends his player, Gholston, for the key Wisconsin 
game.  Somehow, I doubt it, as his D-coordinator sounded almost proud of this 
unit's "aggressive" behavior.
