[NU Sports] Boy do we need a Homecoming miracle ...

There are just too many problems with this team to point out right now - mental, physical, coaching, playing, you name it. It's easier to mention what went right. We just haven't been able to find our rhythm as a team or put together a complete game yet. We're due!

There is now no room for error anymore for NU. Winning in Lincoln is unlikely, so we need to pretty much sweep the rest. I think six wins would still likely get us a bowl spot with the Big Ten tie-ins, but better to be safe at seven. That means beating PSU at home next week.

Let's hope this team has a short memory of the last month -- the second half of the season begins Saturday night in Evanston and we need a Homecoming Miracle.

PS - Couldn't they seat NUMB by the NU fans? The poor band is surrounded by bumblebees there.
