[NU Sports] Illinois suspends player for cheap shot

At least the Iowa QB wasn't sober when he did it.  He had a blood alcohol level 
of .12, 50% over the legal limit.

Meanwhile, Iowa's backup QB was suspended 2 games (including Oct 15 v NU)
for punching out a window on a bus.
