For one brief second there at the end . . .

But we should never had been in that situation.

Awful, awful pass defense.

The D-line ran out of gas in the second half.

The play calling while Persa was in there was dreadful.  No play action 
passes on first down?  Running on third and long with our running game?

The O-line didn't play all that well either.

Someone wrote, "Now THIS is the team we all hoped we would have at the start 
of the year!" No, this is the poor defense and inadequate running game I 
FEARED we would have at the start of the year.
