If anything, Harry, I suspect the reverse was true.

Do we know exactly when the Grand Jury's indictment and report
were filed with the court?  

Stories indicate that it was filed under seal.  

But there was a 'computer glitch' that allowed the report to be visible.
So, who's responsible for the computer glitch?  Every prosecutor or
former prosecutor who has weighed in on that issue has said pretty much 
the same thing, that the release was NOT an accident.

Had it remain sealed, JoePa would probably still be coaching today, 
and would have broken Stagg's record for most games coached.  (Instead, 
they will be tied in the record books.)

But I doubt you'll see reporters investigating THAT angle of this story.
