Given My limited experience in these matters...

Most big stories like these either break because a reporter stumbles on a  
lead that is supposed to be confidential or the prosecuter has an agenda.

The DE AG started a pedophelia task force that magically started to get  
results right before the state primary. IMHO very good timing for a Senate  
run.

I haven't seen mention of anyone's suggestion that the timing of the scandal  
breaking may have been delayed until JoePa broke the record for most  
collegiate wins. (Sure hope Coach K doesn't have one break this week !)
