The Penn State Board of Trustees has named board member Dr. David M. Joyner, a
former Penn State athlete and the head physician to the 1992 Winter Olympic team,
as the acting head of the Athletic Department.  

The Reuters story also notes that Jerry Sandusky's bond conditions
include no contact with minors, witnesses or alleged victims.  He has
also been told by Penn State that he is not welcome on campus.
