Certainly of interest, and Bernard is an excellent writer, but rest assured that he is not especially tied into Penn State. As a member myself of the Philadelphia/Pennsylvania media, you kind of know who's got ties to PSU and who doesn't. I think Bernard is writing for himself here, not being tipped off or semi-officially floating a trial balloon.

That said,  it won't be the last such story.  But do we have anything to worry about?
