[NU Sports] NYT Column on Penn State

I think PSU will not go to a bowl and the path will be the bowls themselves putting pressure on the conference to in turn pressure PSU to decline an invite. This gets around the issue of conference tie-ins and some bowl eventually being required to invite them because of the number of wins.
