I think they will, if only to continue to show that Penn State Football 
didn't begin with and doesn't end with Joe Paterno.  Interesting post-game 
comments from Bo Pelini, he thought there were valid reasons to cancel 
the game, but kept quiet about it.  (Bo keeping quiet about ANYTHING
is quite a revelation!)

I don't know what the bowl committees will think of the type of 
publicity they'd get with Penn State in their bowl, though, but I doubt 
they can all refuse to take Penn State if the Nits don't opt out.  

A second issue is how many Penn State fans might make the bowl trip, and 
that one could go either way.  

It looks like Ohio State's day of reckoning with the NCAA won't be until
after the bowl bids are out, so I guess they're safe this year.  Next year,
who knows?  

And the NCAA is making rumblings about possible bylaws violations
at Penn State, so they could see sanctions down the road, too.
