Now that JoePa is gone, and also Tressel before him, Kirk Ferentz is now the Dean of Big Ten Head Coaches.  More importantly, Fitz is now in the top tier in terms of longevity, along with Dantonio, Zook (whose "expiration date" may not be far off) and Bile-lema.  
 
I think we should henceforth refrain fom referring to our HC as "our JoePa" and instead call him "our Fitz".  He is no longer a "New Kid on the Block", but is evolving into a cagey veteran.  Schools whose HC's have less tenure than Pat F. are Purdue, Indiana. Minnesota, Michigan, OSU, and, of course, Penn State.

I am leaving Bo Pellini out of this mix, since the Huskers just enlisted.  He may have less tenure than Fitz anyway.
