Ironically enough, the Times also has a story about the release of Nixon's Grand Jury testimony in 1975, the year after he resigned and was then pardoned and thus was testifying with immunity, save for perjury. He "stonewalled", in classic Nixonian style, and would not shed any factual light on the genesis of the infamous 18 1/2-minute "gap" in the Watergate Tapes. Must have been the same "glitch" (or gremlin) that leaked the Sandusky "sealed" indictment. As a former prosecutor, believe me, that just doesn't "happen".

And yes, $100,000 bail seems low to me, given the number of alleged victims, the severity of the charges, and the lengthy sentence Sandusky is facing--as well as the conservative leanings of central PA with regard to law enforcement issues.

Computers don't make errors. They do exactly what some human being told
them to do, either accidentally or deliberately.
