I suspect the victims of Sandusky will be getting profits from the game and
then some.  The lawsuits against PSU (and JoePa and other individuals) for
negligence in not doing something (and letting Sandusky stay on campus to do
it) are coming - big time.  I'll guaranty the insurance carrier(s) have been
contacted and likely are already playing a major role in this, if not, in
fact, calling the shots.  It will be interesting to see how much of it is
covered by insurance and/or how much PSU/ Pa will be out.  I'd be surprised
if JoePa does not end-up bankrupt unless PSU covers him.  That will be
another controversy.  A lot of people in Pa & PSU will be very angry if
PSU/Pa pay for the defense and any judgments or settlements against JoePa.
Others will think its ok to pay.  This story is going to go on for years.

Play the games.  

Give the seniors who want to play in the NFL a chance to make their case.

Give the PSU profits from the games to some fund for abused kids in general
or the victims of Sandusky in particular.  Gives the football team an
opportunity to help in the healing.
