I've noticed that Teddy Greenstein is starting to post videos of his little visits with
Fitz after practice.

Fitz is very open with the media guys about his feelings, while not saying much about
individual players (unless asked). It’s a trait that Randy Walker practiced very well - I
always thought RW was sending messages to different kids on the team when he'd comment
about practice afterwards.

Needless to say, I like the way Fitz does it - he's never negative about a single kid, but
puts a lot on the Seniors as a group. 

I really liked his comment last week that the kids weren't really listening to the rah rah
stuff from the coaches, but Kain and others seemed to be getting everyone fired up right
now.

That is really how you get a winner.

I don't normally watch the Bo Pelini Show, because they show very little
of the game, and I always get the impression that there's a guy just off 
camera to keep him from walking off the set.  My guess is that if it wasn't
in his contract (and probably a significant portion of his income), wild
horses couldn't get Bo to do that show!

He was still pretty bummed out by the game at the time that they taped the
show, some time Saturday evening.  He pretty much repeated what he said at
the post-game press conference about being outplayed and outcoached, and
I learned nothing from the show--as usual.
