Nice to see we are one of the few schools never having a major violation though funny that both us and BC had players found guilty of point shaving.  

I did not read grand jury report but have read several of the articles relating to the PSU allegations, including NYT and WSJ and will say that while it doesn't look good for Joe,  I will reserve judgment on his "guilt" until I hear a lot more. Others on the list can do as they please,but for me, Joe has earned the benefit of the doubt until shown(proven ?) otherwise and I remain open to seeing the otherwise

WSJ story states that Penn State is one of just four major-conference  
schools that has never been found guilty of major violations by the NCAA.  
("Major" violations are primarily ones that give a school a significant  
competitive or recruiting advantage.) Boston College, Northwestern and Stanford  are 
the others.
