Just wrote the following email to Rick Reilly:

"July 19th Big Ten Primer for Nebraska column:
Regarding Northwestern and their stupid Cat hats, you wrote "You do NOT have to worry about them".

Ready to retract that publicly? I know you stayed in Colorado for school, but perhaps you didn't get accepted to Medill for grad work? Just trying to figure out the vitriol.

Other than that, this Cat hat-wearing, NU alum finds your writing to be more on than off, so continued success to you and yours, just lay off the jokes that stopped being relevant in 1995. It's too easy for a writer like you.
