It would be a major upset, for sure, but the last two times Nebraska
played Iowa State they lost 9-7 (2009) and just barely won in
overtime 31-30 (2010) when an ISU receiver dropped a pass in the 
end zone on a fake extra point kick.   

And I'm not convinced this year's Husker team is as good
on defense as either of those squads were, despite their top 
ten ranking at the moment.
