Yes as Mike says a mighty big IF, after seeing how big schools operate from the inside it is hard to overestimate the power that the president has to manipulate the politics to stay in office. If fund raising is hurt and he is somehow directly implicated in the lies and cover up, maybe he goes. I doubt it.
