1. I wonder if Tressel and Ohio State knew there was no wiggle room after
seeing the NCAA deny USC's appeal, and Tressel took the honorable
resignation route because he otherwise was going to have to get fired route.
2. The Big Ten is wide, wide open this year. Meaning we have as good a
chance to win this thing as anyone. I repeat: We can win.
