[NU Sports] BTN/Cable Question

For anyone that lives outside of the "Big Ten footprint" who has Comcast:

Do the overflow channels come with the Big Ten Network on the Sports &
Entertainment Package?  I asked Comcast and they didn't seem to have a
definite answer.  (I'm moving to Maryland - DC suburbs).
