I seem to remember that Walker got more $$$ for the assistants in one of his negotiations,
and later got the academic center as part of his talks.

Problem is, when Fitz retires, what building do you name after him?

It's never a bad thing to distance your program from the coaching carousel 
(unless you count ND's extension of Charlie Weis).
