Probably not, as long as demand exceeds supply, which it does at places 
like Nebraska, Penn State, Iowa, Michigan, and Ohio State.

The last time Nebraska didn't sell out a game, JFK was still President,
and they keep adding seats to Memorial Stadium.

The recently approved expansion, which is expected to be ready for 
the 2013 season, will take capacity to around 90,000, which is almost 
beyond belief in this small state.  

For Michigan to have the same percentage of their state's population in 
the Big House, it would have to seat over 500,000.  

And I think Nebraska has basically already sold most of those seats.
