If memory serves, Grose was a long-range sharpshooter who had 1,000+ points for NU and whose game would've been especially effective on a strong team, but the Cats were overmatched nearly all of the time.

About 25 years ago we got a Mr Indiana in Jeff Gross. He didn't pan out as anything special, though glad we had him.
I'm not trying to throw cold water on our recruits ,just reminding us that some of these guys don't always work out as advertised
