Thanks Harry, just wish I had your brains. Exercise is my passion, all my  
life with a couple brief backslides, for any listers who think it is out of  
reach, just walk, then walk with weights, and swim, then get to a gym or 
health  club, go with a partner, as the news said today sex kills couch 
potatoes. You  got to want it and put up with the pain, like being a CATS or Cubs 
fan (Saints  for a long time) 'nuff said
 
After meeting you and knowing you graduated in the late 60's early 70's, I
