I got the claim from the UCF website itself:

 University of Central Florida <http://www.ucf.edu/>
The *University of Central Florida* is the nation's second-largest
university. With 12 colleges located in Orlando, Florida, it serves over
56000 students.

By looking at the website, you get the idea there is not much of a dress
code on campus.
