[NU Sports] Shannon Smith wins the Tewaarton Award

The key difference with KAH, I think, is that she doesn't need to go  
elsewhere to win national championships.  She's won 6 national  
championships at Northwestern.  Usually we fear that football coaches  
and other coaches will eventually leave NU because they want to  
compete for a national championship, which they think they can't do  
here.  But for KAH, what's the reason to leave?  Would Maryland really  
pay her a lot more?  Why would they pay a lot more than NU?
