Some of the worst baseball trades in history went in the Cubs' favor, and 
the Phillies were the dupes.  In the winter of 1964-65 the Phillies gave the 
Cubs a rookie pitcher named Ferguson Jenkins for Bob Buhl and Larry Jackson. 
Ouch!  Another Phils/Cub trade that backfired (or fore-fired depending on 
which team you support) was one involving Larry Bowa for Ivan DeJesus. 
Included in the deal was a young second basemen named Ryne Sandberg, a 
player that both teams viewed as a throw-in.  Double ouch!
