I'm not sure you have Michigan State and Iowa in the right categories, MSU was INCREDIBLY lucky
last year, such as their last minute wins against both Notre Dame and us, and I don't think
they'll get away with that two years in a row.  Iowa is finally getting consistent, but they
do have a few key people to replace.  

Michigan may be a year or two away from being back in the 'good' category, it'll depend on what 
their new coach can do with what he's been dealt.  The Zook has to deliver at Illinois or
he'll be out.  (But haven't people said that for the past several seasons?)

It seems like nearly every time people write off Penn State, they have a banner year.  JoePa
should have several good years left in him, if that *&&^^ Graham Spanier lets him stay on.
