[NU Sports] Recruiting

The article was pretty vague in its summary of the "rule," which is 
really just an extra bureaucratic step, and it led to an incorrect 
assumption on your part.

It's not harming our recruiting in any real way, nor does it make our 
football or basketball teams lose games they ought to win. All it does 
is make sure we don't flunk Compliance 101. That's far more important to 
me than anything else.
