[NU Sports] RichRod out at Michigan, according to ESPN

This certainly has taken on an aspect of "dead man walking". 

Since the Harbaugh option is off the table, will the new AD there take the risk of another 2-3 years of bad Michigan teams or give Rich Rod another year with a coach in waiting perhaps running the defense?
