When Fitz says,  "I went from a zero-star prospect to a two-time All-American.  Put that in your pipe and smoke it," he is, of course, stating the absolute truth.  But he can hardly say anything else.  He certainly is not going to demean recruits by say something like "I wish I would have done better."

Based on ratings of this year's recruiting class - to the extent that the ratings are valid - this may be the best in NU history, but there is still lots of room for improvements in talent.  Oh, what I wouldn't give for a five-star running back next season.  (Throw in a five-star defensive end, too.)
