I know that, in general, we don't like to discuss the annual 'recruiting ratings', because if they truly knew what they were talking about, Notre Dame would win a lot more games than they do.  However, they must know something, because Alabama, Auburn, Ohio State and certain others are always good and always highly rated.

The question is, when should clueless fans like myself start to worry about things like not being rated in the top 50, or being rated 11th out of 12 in the conference ?

And couldn't Tina Akouris at least list the ratings for the Big Ten schools ?  Or is that information somehow privileged/available only for those who pay ?  Would be nice to see that listing, but hate to have to make Tina write more than 12 paragraphs.
